What Documents Do I Need?

You will need a valid passport or driving licence, recent proof of address (within 6 months), and we ask for proof of your PPS number. Note: You must be within our common bond area to become a member. You can check if you are in our common bond area here.

Once your membership has been approved, we'll text you a temporary PIN so you can have immediate access to your online account. You won’t have to worry about anything, we will do the rest.

Please note that if you’re opening one of the following accounts, you will need to call into our branch to open your North West Credit Union account: Joint accounts, junior member accounts (under age 16), business, clubs & society accounts.
